FOR DEMACIA... or not

I like patch 5.16 for LoL it brought changes to the game, but one champ stands superior in the patch... no not I mean Garen. Its rather i've not played against Garen before or hes just impossible to beat in lane. Also Darius got a change and q was slowed and w no slow. A lot of change in this patch.
