I read somewhere that the new patches have allowed Riven to animation cancel by purely auto attacking after you Q, instead of having to do the double click behind her. Can anyone confirm if this is the case?
I only ask because I enjoy playing her, but play on fairly average ping, so I always felt I couldn't play her optimally with the auto - Q - click behind to reset - auto - Q animation cancel.

I guess what I'm basically asking is, can you do her animation cancels now without having to issue a move command?
You should be more concerned with her Q and E having different casting methods for no reason.
RIven Q works the same always it has always done, its just more reliable for higher ping ppl now.
You still have to cancel it with a move command, theres no "double clicking", get your facts right.
Nope, although that was broken on a patch much behind this one.
Riot just made it more reliable for high ping players to animation cancel.
