Turret Upgrade
With this meta, the most dominating champions are the ones who are quick enough to destroy MVPs of a team instantly, or a champion that is tanky enough to survive an initiation and still do a lot of damage (ie, darius, irelia, hecarim, vi). I constantly see tower dives against laners and it always appears that the tower seems generally useless. The champs being focused are either too tanky to take significant damage or too fast to get away with a kill with only 2 shots, taking a total of a little under 300 damage. The solution I've been trying to come up with, and it's not perfect, is mainly to add more of a protective quality to turrets, especially since a lot of other champions can just kill out of tower range. The solution is that the turret will deal true damage (so that there's no differences between building armor or magic resist) and ramping attack speed. The attack speed won't solve the assassin side of the problem but it will help against the tanks who sit there and wait for their allies to be done killing the enemy. I've also been thinking of max % hp true damage on the turret shots, but I'm not too sure about that. Let me know what you guys think and if you see an issue with turrets as well or if I'm just being whiny about it all :P
