its like, why have fun when you're vs a thresh? why even bother?

this guy controls every single movement you do. he can flash e or just w his jungler from a mile away to kill you. his hook has a stupid hitbox and he has decent aa damage. can something be done to this champion? not one single season has gone by where he was equal to other supports. he taks up the space of 2 champions now.
