SG Xyah and Rakn not up to par

SG Xayah and Rakan are extremely awkward to use. The mix between Old and New Voice Lines just doesn't sound right. These skins are of Legendary quality, they should have completely new voice overs like Most other legendary skins do. It doesn't make sense for Rakan to go from sweet and caring in one voice line to dark and devious in the next, its like trying to have two different characters in one. Even if you try and use the excuse of Internal conflict, it doesn't make sense that they have old voice lines and not new ones. most of them are simple champion interactions or small twists on old lines. you could have at least changed the old voice lines to SOUND like the new ones. they don't have any new animations, just new effects. it doesn't make sense that Rakan and Xayah's taunt are the same either. i understand you guys have a budget, but why are you charging 1820 RP for something closer to the 1350 mark. This isn't a rant It just feels like these skins are lower quality REALLY awkward to use
