AR rune or AD for jungle?

I'm playing Kindred, and I've always been told and know that AD scales poorly on her, I've mostly focused on on hit builds with her.

I'm interested in opinions on whats better though, AD runes or Pen? I've been running Pen but I'm wondering if I'm losing more HP than I should be because of a slower clear.

Armor penetration is significantly better in pretty much every respect. If you kite properly, you shouldn't have any issues clearing with high health.

Attack Speed Quints
Armor Pen Marks
Scaling Health or Scaling Armor Seals
Scaling MR or Scaling CDR Glyphs
