I remember when you used to say, "We're reworking Talon so he becomes more focused on killing one champion extra efficiently."

Now you're buffing his ult, again. And again. Great. I've never, ever, EVER seen a Talon in my death screen do more damage with his Q and Passive. It's always his W dealing 40% and his R dealing another 40%. The other 20% is usually Ignite, too. You turned him into a walking bomb that runs up to someone, explodes in a giant ring of shrapnel and runs away. That's not fun at all.

Damn, I miss the old Talon.
