About the Hextech Key Fragments... Where are they? 0,o

Oke... It's been, like, 2 weeks at least since I've seen my last key drop... it's been a real pain in the @$$ to obtain them and I was really looking forward to fun stuff... Is there any chance that the drop rate can be... idk... revised? :/
