Changes to Graves

So Riot is looking to change Graves and have said specifically that they want to look into lowering his MR he gets from his E to make him more susceptible to Magic Damage.

I won't say that Graves doesn't need nerfs but as one of my most played champs I do have some ideas on how nerfs might be done.

I like the idea of Graves as the tanky, in your face, ramp up over time ADC. However, I think there are two issues he has in achieving this. The fist and most prominent right now is that his damage is too high. Who needs to ramp up when, especially if fed, he can EQAR or something of that sort and delete people. The second is that while often tanky, that tankiness is coupled with high burst and good sustain. If Graves gets going it becomes very difficult to stop him.

I would propose looking to lower the burst Graves gets, making him more about long term fights by allowing him good tankiness and scaling with crit and lifesteal.

No matter what Graves does need some nerfs but I would prefer if they didn't push him towards squishy burst adc.
