Please Allow More Surrender Conditions in Normals
Because people use normals are so much less serious, often games are completely over at 10 minutes. This can be due to afk's or people being very new at their champions. That's of course what normals are for, and I'm not complaining about it. However the amount of time spent just waiting to surrender in the worst games can be really annoying and pointless.
Therefor I suggest new surrender conditions, where you can surrender earlier than 20:00 if they are met:
- If two people have disconnected, you may surrender with a 2:1 vote at any time
- If one player has disconnected, you may surrender with a 4:0 vote at any time
