Riot should've got rid of blind pick instead of teambuilder

Now before I go off on this I know dynamic que is supposed to take the place of team builder my problem is it didn't actually do anything about que times and the only good thing about it is how it looks. Blind pick has been a problem for extremely long and riot refuses to do anything about it the only reason I still play it is because I don't want to waste my time in a 20 minute que but it is the most frustrating thing ever when to people want mid and both instalock and forcing other players to work around that. Another thing about blind pick is how people can send messages before everyone is even in the chat room and you end up with an arguement over who called mid first because the guy who called it second can't see the guy who called it actually called his Lane leading it to becoming the same thing as mentioned above. The thing about team builder is yeah you could get some long que (never got one as long as I've had some dynamic questions though) but at least you'd get 1 top laner, 1 jungler, 1 mid laner, and a support and add the way the league gods intended then you have the whole locking in issue with dynamic que there is nothing more frustrating than sitting in a 15 minute que finally getting into champ select then going through most of champ select and then having to wait another 5 minutes after to get into another champ select because one guy forgot to lock in. Another frustrating thing about blind pick are mirror matches, constant mirror matches especially this last preseason when you saw a Yasuo and tryndamere mirror practically every fucking gameil it's not as bad as it used to be but it is really irritating when you play with and against the same champions every game especially when they're broken Champs you don't like to play. Team builder had mirror matches to which I hated just as much but you didn't get stuck with all the other stuff I mentioned. Like ffs I typed all of this in a dynamic que. It's been almost 40 minutes now. Send help. Get rid of blind pick and fix dynamic que somehow.
