ETA on re-enabling Dynamic Queue?

I apologize if this is the wrong section, wasn't entirely sure where this would fit in. Just looking for an update on Dynamic, since it's been close to 6 hours with no update. At least, not one that I've seen from the red tracker. If I'm blind, feel free to give me a stern talking to.
