so what do you do against a smurf?

I mean I just went top lane against a graves. and he was well. too good. i checked his profile. and he had some bad matches were on that account were other matches that weren't too good. but pretty much every time that person. played an ad carry he got 20+ kills with at least 5.0 kda. on that account graves was only played 3 times. and he has 15.5 kda. literally every champion that was played once had like 20+kda . do i just accept the loss? he was obviously boosting someone. that person had really really low winrate. around 40% but somehow still able to get 20+ kda and dominate every match that isn't played by a cpl other champions that did bad.
