Will by any chance the mana pots come back ?

I know this is like 1% chance of happening , however i'm just wondering if mana pots have a possibility to comeback atleast with lower mana given than the old ones ?
I don't have a good knowledge about the game yet , so i don't know if adding mana pots again will buff some champions and cause more unbalance , but i really miss buying mana pots on champions like which really suffer from mana problems before they buy and ( my opinion ) Toughts ?
