The Doom Bots of Doom are coming! | League of Legends

What happened to this being a featured game mode? It has come to my attention that we have had multiple repeats of certain game modes such as Acension and URF, and don't get me wrong it is a very fun and enjoyable thing. I just have to say one thing about the Rotating Game Modes.

"WHERE THE DOOM BOTS AT RIOT???"

Personally I didn't get to play Doom Bots and enjoy the reign of terror and chaos these horrifying bot tormented us with. But I was super interested in the idea and I'm sure there are multiple summoners that would enjoy playing Doom Bots again to test their skill another time. Even the new players that have absolutely ZERO idea what Doom Bots are I'm sure they would like to find out the carnage for themselves.

All I'm saying is "RIOT PLEASE BRING BACK DOOM BOTS!!!"

Also if there is any specific reason as to why they haven't been brought back yet I personally would like to know.

People have said it before, but the original doom bots happened on the old map so if they want to bring it back they have to rebuild it from the ground up, which I'm told is not easy. That being said I'm pretty sure they're working on it.

Doom bots should be a perma game mode that has ever increasing doom bombs

I do not have a direct link, but on one of the Ask Riot pages they said that they do not want to rush all of the featured game modes at once, and are going to slowly add them all in the queue. Nemesis draft's release is proof of this, so with patience you will have black market brawlers and the most wanted one, doom bots soon!!! Hope I helped C:

Yes, and make all the modes bots-applicable, it's getting real tiring playing URF and seeing the same ~10 champions in pick rotation. Gotta have some fresh, new blood, the kind that a-moves into lane and doesn't dodge your skillshots. The kind you can play any champion against and not be laning against some horrible CC chain combination.

1)They have to re-code everything for the new map (since it was done on the old map)

Most, if not all the Doom Bots have had kit reworks since then and they have to redo their abilities because of that.
NEW CHAMPS. Should they Doom Bots the new champs? And if so: What can they do?

Would be nice to have Doom Bots added in the regular coop mode, would be a refreshing mode to add and take a break from ranked/normal games.

Having it back in rotation would be nice though, whichever is more plausible.

URF hasn't even been a repeating gamemode, the put it on twice and then said fuck you.
