Re-Positionable Locked Screen?

I was thinking instead of having just the locked screen in the center and an offset for each side, that maybe while your screen is locked you can use like say Z key to move the locked position relative to your champion at a different point. say im being chased and i want to be able to see the skillshots that could potentially flying at me, so i would press Z and pan up or wherever they are approaching. pressing Y would put it back at the center
