I really wish we can old zombie ward back as a utility keystone

First and foremost, damage keystones are boring, that much needs to change. But here's my reasons on why it should be based on zombie ward:

It was my favourite rune in the entire domination tree and it was singlehandedly (okay ingenious hunter lowered trinket cooldown too so not really) why I was taking domination.

I really don't like how the domination tree worked so well with my playstyle which actually has nothing to do with burst but rather vision control through reduced trinket CD and zombie ward, but the keystones were extremely meh for me. For reference I played Xerath and I didn't really EWQ very often to proc electrocute but it still did good damage when I did. Didn't stop me before but the damage nerf -> cooldown buff really is getting to me.

It's a shame that all 4 of the domination keystones are damage. I would've really preferred dark harvest to be in something like precision (fits in with legend runes fairly well) or inspiration (infinitely scaling damage on a single auto is definitely 'rule breaking') or something. Or that it worked with abilities cough. But even if it were in inspiration I'd take it (though I'd be very sad I can't use ingenious hunter and transcendence+manaflow band at the same time anymore, but riot should just fix mage mana balance thanks)

In domination it could be something like this: Seer's bloodstone The champion's trinket gets an upgrade depending on its type:

  • Warding totem: Gain 20-120 duration. Upon expiry the ward becomes an alerting rune for 60-120 seconds
  • Oracle alteration: wards can be destroyed in one auto and leave behind a 40 second alerting rune
  • Farsight alteration: If the ward is destroyed before 60 seconds, it lasts until that time, after which it no longer gives vision

alerting rune: The first champion to enter within a certain range is revealed until they leave the radius or 1.5 seconds, whichever is longer. After which the rune expires. (so in other words, it's like a zombie ward but can't be destroyed, tells enemies they've been spotted, and can only see one enemy pass by once before expiring)

Or something like that, I don't know

Agree, it should have stayed as a utility tool.

???

If you only cared about two of the domination runes, why are you taking domination as primary and not secondary as xerath?
