He's been banned since the beginning of time...sure some youtube content creators will try him out in the jungle as the balancers intended but I see this being abused really hard for gold-funneling in between waves midlane.
In general the idea of 'making jungle a higher pickrate for new players' sounds good but this is only going to make a meta where laners will pick champions that can steal or heal off jungle camps during skirmishes.
Zed jungle is hilariously bad, he wasn't "buffed". If Nami suddenly dealt double damage with her R to monsters, she'd still be exactly the same champ she is now, and Zeds change is the same thing.
Riot needs to do a lot more to make Zed a viable jungler. Way smarter, more experienced players have given Riot good ideas and yet they shipped "his one auto does more damage to buff camps now :)" as if that impacts his pathing or clear health in any way

Zed won't be a jg, neither will Darius, even Mord will still be better off in lane. The diff will be that when fighting at drake I could triple q with Dar by hitting 1 champ the Drake and scuttle. I will also farm the jg a bit faster mid game.
