Which keystones is better on talon

Ironically you never use the keystone that literally has your picture on it, you just want thunder lords so you can one hundred percent focus on the one shot.

Stormraiders is okay but I can't take it over thunderlords because I would rather my target be dead than me being able to run away slightly faster.
