worst patch ever 9.22

beside new champ senna that is fascinating to see (and not to see because how op she is) let see what riot done and was it good or no? 1- panteon's problem and a reaon of always ban in pro games was (is) his e in both overpowered version and simple one because of how op it is. and u know what riot u can reduce duration or u can reduce damage reduction (for example 90% instead of 100 % like other champs that have damage reduction ww master yi and ...) and here we go, riot logic : lets nerf his q. thx dear riot 2- ashe problem is her high utility high burst damage issue and instead of nerf her q damage or even her e that annoy enemy jger or her r stun duration they nerf her w mana cost by 10!!! 3- kaisa problem is about her ratio! her ad ap ratio is quite bit lot!!!! her w can kinda damage 1/5 ur hp with few ap item and her r is so fat shield but what riot done! u know it 4- nautilus problem is his heavy cc chain and if he grab u its done plus his op ult knock down aoe cc and know what they do not nerf his stun duration or increase his ult cd or his passive cd what they do decrease his damage by 50! who give a fck about naut r damage! a reason he is op is because of his r passive q cc how ever his damage overall is lot and need nerf for all ability not just r. 5- blitz hook is pain in a ass and with new range buff its so hard to deal with it and best nerf for blitz is revert his buff (riot do not do it for sure) or punish bad blitz by increase his cool down or mana cost and in this way u benefit people who actually dodge his hook. but what rito do !! decrease damage by 10! rito really really who give a fck about 10 damage when get hooked by blitz. when u land hook u are dead! or in best scenario u burn flash and get half hp. 6- kayle problem is her heavy melting late game dps system that she active her e and with her massive attack speed and because of her op passive she destroy whole of ur hp in blink of eye her problem is not her early game its just all about late game no matter how bad u counter her she scale super bad!!! riot she dont need bad match up for stop get scale because she will scale by afk farming btw and play passive so no matter how much u nerf her early damage and increase her mana cost by 10! its all about her l8 game killing machine!! that no one like to play against! what is solution? there are few thing that rito can do: 1- reduce her a.s scale per lvl but massive amount so in late game with out huge attack speed items she don't get 4.2 attack speed (all kayle build lethal tempo rune) 2- decrease power of her passive and amount if true damage taht she deal with her basic attacks. her problem is her e and her basics not her q and w!! but what rito do??? u know else

also there are still op champ that rito buff them wroungly and dont revert buff: khazix q buff: i wanna mention u that if target id isolate he get +20 damagindtead of plus 10 and if target is isolate and u q him ur cd would be 2 second instead of 4 and imagine khazix first clear takes like 2 minutes (1;30 - 3;30) and 30 second waste on walking between camps, good khazix player can use his q that hit isolate target in 3/4 time. so 90 second is time of clear and that time khazix can 22.5 - 45 time use q. depend on good khazix player taht can use q that count as isolate we said 35 time isolate and 10 time non isolate so with rito new buff khazix dealt 3520 + 1015= 850 more damage in his first clear:) and if say khazix base damage on lvl 1 2 3 is something like 70!!! and his attack speed would be 0.8 (these are huge numbers) rito actually give khazix some thing like 15 second !time(850= 15.17 * 0.8 * 70) in his first rotate. and as a jg main we all know 15 second is so so much!!!! also evelyn r buff that can dealt 3200 damage with just 200 ap:) (to under 40 % hp health) and her r is aoe not single op damage like veigar or garen ult. thx for reading these whole text and pls tell me do u agree with my buff nerfs or u think rito do his job well and all nerf are good enough.
