Quick maffs: How much % damage amplification Conqueror brings depending on your opponent's resists

Let's ignore the fact it also gives AD, Conqueror's give an amount of true damage in % of your premitigation damage. 20 % of your damage will ignore armor/magic resistance.

This is literally equivalent to dealing amplified % damage, more or less high depending on how much your opponent's resist is.

It gives (20% of your opponent's resists) % damage increase (seems dumbly easy but it can be helpful to note how much it does)

EXAMPLES : enemy has 300 armor and u deal physical : conqueror's will give you 60% amplified damage 200 armor : conqueror's will give you 40% amplified damage

Indeed, the formula of damage dealt is : (PMD = premitigation damage) Damage dealt = PMD /(1 + resist/100) with conqueror's 20% of your damage is true, meaning it gives 0.2 x PMD + 0.8 x PMD x (1+ resist/100)

Amplification ratio = new damage dealt / old damage dealt = (0.2 PMD +0.8x PMD x (1 + resist/100) ) /(PMD / (1+ resist/100)) = (0.2 x PMD x (1 + resist/100) + 0.8 x PMD) / PMD = 0.8 + 0.2 x (1+ resist/100) = 1 + 0.2 x resist/100 AKA the additional damage you get is (20% of your opponent's resist) %

End note : the amplification % equivalent would apply to your opponent's resist AFTER shreds/penetrations, which means every pen/shred item will diminish Conqueror's value.
