Ninja Tabi

Early game this item is pretty fucking cancerous to be up against. I cannot for the life of me do a shred of damage with a single auto-attack due to this reduction bullshit. All it does is serve to screw over any and all bruiser-fighters in top lane and throughout the game in general (provided they're stacking additional armor), and it just flat-out feels unfun to play against.
