This Preseason is Everything I Hate About LoL

Fuck this preseason. There. I said what everyone else is thinking. Now let me break down why I say that:

Ever since the beginning of season 5, Riot has been desperately trying to make the average LoL game time less than a full hour. They removed turret shields and reduced their overall health/armor, removed the slow and damage reduction on the inhibitor turrets' lasers, added a full suite of siege mechanics/items, dispersed armor from a few select items into wide variety of reworked items, increased the ability for damage dealers to get past health and armor with the partial aid of 20000000000 "% max health" items/abilities, and added champions with stupidly high damage ratios; just to name a few.

And now we have the preseason; or what I like to call: "Riot trying to fix the tank/juggernaut meta and failing horribly".

I feel as if the new/reworked items and new/reworked champions came out of a Riot meeting where everyone just said "okay folks, in order to fix our problem of nobody dying cause only hyper-tanks are being picked, lets just make it so that no one can live if one side gets even a little bit ahead!"

I no longer enter a LoL game thinking that if I get behind I will be able to salvage a win; I mainly think that if the enemy team is up by kills/turrets, I'm beyond fucked. Riot wants to know why game times are around 25 minutes? I'll tell you why: cause the game isn't fun anymore for 5 out of 10 people at best. Either you are dominating and butt-banging the enemy team into their own Nexus or you are cowering behind a now-flimsy turret with the long-lost hope that you will be able to scrape together a decent amount of cs and still retain more than 1/3 of your health for any amount of time.

I don't know how this is gonna be fixed, but Riot better do something quick cause I know for a fact that I am in the growing population of League players that are not really feeling it anymore.

If Riot can't sort it out before Season 6 goes live, I'm not going to play anymore, and I've been playing since 2009.

One of my least favorite champions to play against (probably your's, too) is Rengar. With this pre-season, every champion has the potential to be Rengar after a few kills. I'm not a game designer, so I had no thoughtful tips on how to fix this, I can only convey my experiences. What I've experienced is that the "tons of damage" champions have gotten more effective at their role.
