Vlad rework

I just lose 30%(or more) of my hp with a combo... how is this a thing. Q's heal is worthless even with crimson rush. I was spamming E as usual to clear my lane and then I realised that I couldn't even get my hp back. R heal is too unreliable and it never goes off when you really need it. The more tanky i build the more hp i lose from my combo, why should I buy more hp if half of my spells costs 1/3 of my hp.

I could get past the low damage tuning of the spells but without spellvamp and with the heal nerfed Vlad is just killing himself in teamfights.
