Soooo uhhhhhh....Lag?

Every since the pre-season update there has been an unexplainable amount of packet loss, ping spikes, and general lag. I can't even play a game. When i go to cs, my attack animation goes off, then nothing for .9 seconds, then the minion's health drops. Same with abilities, same against champs, and same with moving. Everything is slow, uncoordinated, and frustrating as hell. Please do something to fix this, because the last 8 games have been horrible, and unplayable, and I haven't had the least bit fun playing them, just constantly getting pissed when I die even though I pressed zhonyas 3 seconds before I was gonna die.
