3 Refunds per Season

I mean the most popular post ever on the gameplay boards has been around for more then 2 years with a whopping 6k likes.

Is there any reason at all that we can't get 3 refunds per season? I mean if we have to pay 450 rp for an emote nowadays at least give us something like this in return...
