Improvements for new champion select

Option to pick fill/not X role. This is good for people that only have 1 role they don't like playing, but can still fill.

The ability to see your champion pool when it's not your turn to pick. I'm not sure why this isn't already a thing to be honest. I don't have the champs I have memorized, so trading is harder.

Remove the ability to select free week champs in ranked. I'm not sure if this is a bug or what, but I don't think you should be able to.

Ability to kick a player. Should have been a thing before and still should be a thing.
