Why the righteous glory nerfs

Really i actually want an explanation, it was a really good+fun item to build on supports to combine with talisman and catch off anybody that was out of position for even a slight second, just make your whole team go fast and now they nerfed it? yea sure the movespeed is pretty good on champs that wanna go ultra fast but theres no "team utility" coming out of it anymore i think. "pushing its synergies with individual champions. "- patch notes ok but who tf synergises well with this? olaf? kinda? idunno for an item that has been rarely used i dont see how this makes it more usable
