Switching teams in clash

Hey guys, sorry if this has already been asked but im just not sure about it so i wanted to ask for myself, so if i was playing with 1 team 1 week ago in clash but now i cant play with thoose guys because they are not avaiable but i do know another team that would take me in to play in this week's clash will i get the rewards? because i currently have 1000 points with my original team but if i change teams will i lose thoose points or do i get to keep them and add to it if we win? please someone help me with this because i dont know if i can keep theese points if i switch teams or not, thanks in advance :)
