buff Anivia's R back

Stupid riot. Anivia is not even a champ right now, R is with a shorter range and radius now, this put Anivia in an extremely bad place when facing most midlanner. What's matter with you guys? thinking that buffing the R's damage will make her better? go fk your brain. with a shorter cast range, Anivia stands no fking chance to wait for her R to get bigger as by the time her R radius is maxed, she already get killed. absolutely disappointed by the update. useless riot, Anivia is already a weak champ and now your stupid team makes her even weaker.
