On Hit Interaction With Wards

In the patch 7.16 notes there was a section that involved on hit interactions with wards and I noticed that Kled's w wasn't included in the list of affected abilities. "This is more ‘uncontrollable punishment’ than ‘interesting tradeoff" as it said, and I think that Kled suffers from it.
