Team builder or some other fix for ranked team select

2/3rds of my losses happen at champ select. People picking ridiculous champs into meta OP stuff. My last game was Heimer top, Naut mid, brand support, quinn adc. I'm supposed to pick a jungler. They have fiora top, Ori mid, Sej jungle, morg support, sivir adc.

WTF?

"I know what I'll do, I'll pick Katarina first pick" oh, thanks for the auto loss.

They've picked all their champs? 5 champs with CC and peel and 3 tanks? I know, I'll last pick yi jungle.

These are just examples. It's ridiculous.

Riot, like it or not, you have what, 126 or so champs? You've made about 30 of them viable in ranked. Maybe as many as 50 if you're really pushing it.

It's like when you see a teammate pick Shaco. You just know. He's going to get first blood in the enemy jungle. He'll end up 3/0 in the first 10 mins.

then you lose the game. cause shaco is useless. Only way you win is if you can do it in under 30 mins. Which is damn near impossible in solo que.

Yes, I'm frustrated. Yes, I've been on an epic losing streak because of bad players, trolls, and oddly being matched against players who WAY WAY out class us. (which is a different problem)

But seriously, something needs to be done to make people feel like they have at least an even shot at winning when the game starts. You shouldn't have to feel like you have to be significantly better than them to even have a chance.
