A Small QOL for junglers

When someone smites scuttle, it receives the damage but there is never any visible smite animation like you would see if smiting gromp. If you all could implement this for clarity sake please, so I can stop wondering how the scuttle I was killing was killed by an invisible enemy junglers smite.
