Soraka could use a rework

Their kits are dull and boring. Point and click heal that point and click shield this point and click cc that point and click buff this point and click damage that.

My 3 personal wishes regarding Soraka:

• I think she should have her Q changed back to an earlier version where it provided an instant self-heal, rather than the current Rejuvenate effect. The heal-over-time feels weak, and more useful when playing passively than when fighting, and the 10% movespeed while moving away from targets actively discourages her from putting herself at any real risk.
• She and other utility providers should be marked as in combat if they use abilities on an ally in combat. Currently, she can abuse Warmog's and the Ocean/Cloud Drake buffs by hanging back, spamming her heal and sidestepping her health costs entirely by regenerating when she shouldn't be.
• I think Warmog's itself needs to be reworked so that it multiplies a champion's existing health regen based off of their max health, while also nerfing Soraka's health regen to zero at all levels (and potentially buffing her self-sustain). This should completely kill some of Soraka's more passive features, while also restricting the item to tankier champions (who generally have the highest health regen around) without requiring an arbitrary health gate.

She did, Q used to auto hit targets (if in range it hits, multitarget), W healed without costing her, E could silence enemies and give mana to allies, R is the same. She ain't Ryze, she won't get multiple reworks I think. Just stat changes

I think she's a few bits too 1-dimensional for League in 2018, but I doubt it's a big enough issue for them to work on her.

If she would get reworked I hope they keep her personality and visuals similar. Riot don't touch my baby 🍌.

I am a Soraka main with over 1 million mastery score on Soraka and a pretty full fledged support player. As much as I love Soraka right now and enjoy playing her, she needs a full rework. Her kit is very... Classic.. If that makes sense. It's kinda flat and not very dynamic in my opinion. Not saying she isn't fun to play or anything, I think she is a lot of fun. But with how League is evolving it's becoming a more dynamic game and with Champions like Sona and Soraka they need to keep up.

I look foward to Soraka's Visual, Story, and hopefully Kit rework. :)
