ARAM balancing and 1v1 tournaments

Dear Riot

The ARAM tweaks affect the Howling Abyss map and not just the game mode.

This causes problems for fun sponsored 1v1 competitions at LAN events in Europe (maybe America too, I'm not sure if you do things differently).

Can you take the balance tweaks off custom game modes that use the map or make them a toggle option?

Or better yet, let us have the All-Stars 1v1 mode as a custom game option.

(If you think I'm being petty, try going 1v1 against a Tryndamere with a 20% damage differential)

Maybe this will be ignored. I hope it won't.
