Should Ivern get full rewards from Krugs?

Ivern's sitting in a pretty poor spot right now, and the fact that he only gets about half the gold from Krugs as everyone else kinda contributes to that. Yes, I know it's mostly because of his vulnerability to invades and due to nerfs, but this could at least help him without a direct power increase.
