When are you guys going to fix this stupid rank system?

One rank game, it is so easy to win because there is a troll in the enemy team. Next rank game, it is impossible to win because there is a troll in my team.

This goes on and on forever. I am done with this bull shit unless you guys fix this rank system.

The only way I can understand the way you created the system in this way is that you want to hold more players into this game by putting those unskilled trolls in each team over and over. Make this system better.

You don't have any suggestion? here is my suggestion. There are so many stupid dumb players who play this game without thinking. It is fine if it is normal games. Stupid people need to live and play game too. But when it comes to rank game, you make sure imprint in their mind how important it is and how they can impact other people's time. How? here. Suspend a player from rank game for 3 days who have consecutively lost the games (make it 3 consecutive losing games) so they will realize how important it is trying their best at every rank game.

Make it more serious.

I do not know how long it has been that I've played those intense games. There is none now. Why? those trolls ruined this game. One of the reason why league of legends is losing their fans and players.
