URF Warwick got one, where's ours?! Honor 5 Bonus unfair for older players that referred friends

Hello,

 I am a longtime player and avid fan. I love the concept of the new honor system; however, I was wondering, since it is an honor bonus to obtain a skin for either the medieval twitch skin or the grey warwick skin at level 5, if it would somehow be possible to add in something graphical (similar to the URF Warwick owners involving the crown) to either of the champions' skin? It would be awesome for the old owners of both skins that had referred a lot of friends to League of Legends. That way we can get something out of Level 5 as well since the capsules have been lowered this new season.
