Ranked 5's in Season 7

I can't seem to find a thread anywhere that says if ranked 5's will be a thing in season 7. I have no interest in playing Flex 5's because I really enjoy seeing that second page in my profile with my team, team stats, and team members. If anyone (preferably a Rioter) can provide any information on this, that would be great!
