I dont understand why i never get ganks...?

I ward, i ping my cooldowns, and i only ask when i need it. Im not even toxic. Ill be laning against someone that's constantly shoving, my jungler will maybe gank once and if it isnt a kill they never come back no matter how eay to gank they are even if we blew all their summs. I can generally hold my own lane when im not learning a new champion, but this is annoying because I almost always get camped.
