Really like the 5.23 changes, but...

The new balance changes imo really help with all of the problems last patch, and I really like the new champion coming out. If you want to read all of the changes for next patch, you can check on the surrender@20 link. I was just hoping to find out if anyone knows if there is proof of talk to tweaking things like Yasuo's crit issues (and many other issues already gone through in depth on the boards), small Kha'Zix (or other Tiamat focused junglers) compensation buffs, attention to Akali's state, possible buffs to the new Last Whisper items, or tweaks to champions like DIana and Fizz since they weren't affected build wise by any of the mage balances and are really strong right now (at least in lower ELO from what I've seen). If anyone sees any board or reddit posts showing a Riot employee talking about specific changes, or if a Rioter would like to comment on this post, please link me.
