and i get a bronze jungler who feeds my plat 2 matchup (when im going almost even) and a silver their entire team was level 30 while my team had one level 30 riot i dont care if i lose but match me up with people of my same level/elo
If you are going pretty even in lane, that means it was the jungler who was mismatched rather than yourself.
I think your Normal "MMR" and actual Ranked MMR are separate. If those Plats only play ranked, when they hop on normals with friends, they will likely get paired with people who are in a lower rank. Also, the Normals MMR is slightly raised by your ranked MMR.
When I party up with friends, this usually happens. After a game which we usually stomp, my Normal MMR goes up significantly and our matches get dramatically harder, and my lower ranked friends get rekt in their lanes sometimes.
This is all based on what I've read on the boards.
Happened to me a lot too >.> Play with my level 20 friend in normal, got matched with diamond 24/7. And I'm not even plat.
this time i got a plat on my team, he proceeded to give the other Adc a kill 2 minutes in by trying to invade red but failed hard

Ahaha, I actually played against a master and a couple of diamonds last season when I was Lvl 25, it was an entertaining experience... And by that I mean terrifying.
Dunno what happens around those levels, but people seem to get into really mismatched games.
well, when i was playing normals, one game enemy team was 4 challengers and a lvl 26-27 or something, premade with the challengers. i was not premade with anyone.
I think its random.
I have experienced this too. But I am a smurf so I have no right to complain :)

Pls ur just someone smurfing and using the MMR adjustment system to try and make the system look broken.
I wish I knew. I hit 30 last week and when I've play normals (and URF) I was put in games where the lowest ranks were silver 3 and highest diamond 3. Almost exclusively the higher levels were on the other team. How are we supposed to learn when we get stomped by people who have played the game a lot longer?
