Riot does not do enough fustration balance changes

I think the only time I can think of a change receiving major balance changes even though their statistic performance showed it wasn't needed was zed. And it was a great job that held through.

This is what I think of seeing the board outcry to the pbe yasuo buffs. Maybe he should be on the line to do a frustration balance change.
