@Riot Reasoning behind the Darius Bugfix in Patch 7.11?

Bugfix - When Darius triggers Noxian Might by applying a fifth Passive - Hemorrhage stack via Q - Decimate, Decimate now properly only applies one stack of Hemorrhage to other units hit.

This "Bug" is not something that sometimes doesn't work. For all intents and purposes since he's been reworked it has been a completely reliable feature of how Darius works as a champion. And an important part at that, as he is THE teamfight juggernaut. Getting his passive fully stacked on as many people as possible as fast as possible wins fights on its own. His damage in teamfights is the reason you pick him in the first place.

This "bugfix" is Riot deciding that Darius should not have this feature anymore. It is a nerf and no matter how insignificant you think the nerf may be anyone who plays Darius will surely be affected by it whether they know this was how Q worked before or not.

We deserve to know reasoning behind this change. A CHANGE not a "bugfix". Unlike visual bugs that barely affect gameplay this will surely affect his ability to win some fights.

Probably because Riot thinks Darius should need to get into melee range before being able to 5 stacks dunk someone. Afaik Darius has been doing well in higher elos (where his avoidable Q and slowness as a juggernaut should be best exploited), so it's probably a nerf to his teamfighting.

Something doesn't require intermittent functionality for it to be a bug.
