If you want a rewarding, but a hard to master carry; Vayne is your choice. But there are more fun and easy ones, such as Miss Fortune, Twitch, and Varus. If you like zoning people out, try Caitlyn.

but really hes weak and you need to land tons of skill shots to be on par and dodge skill shots to stay alive. hes just too weak/frail IMO.

id say get twitch but im biased.
best thing to do is go on op.gg then look at statistics and you can see for urself which champs have high winrates, if winrates is what you take into consideration for getting a champ, i surely do
I main xerath support. All the long range dps you could ever ask for. Best of all you don't have to cs.
Op champs tend to be the most banned. It also depends on what you're looking for or what you consider OP. I mean the most op champs in late game that spike so hard its stupid are Kogmaw and Vayne. If you like early game dominance then Draven, Cait, Lucian.
