New player friendly addition

I have told my friend to join me in league and he joined the game but he cannot see any of the spells of the champions as his allies or enemies. It would be good to see the icons of the spells of each and every champion when we click on their name and it will be really helpful for new players where they can read the spells (does not include the cooldowns - only the icons and the explanation of those spells).

Anybody agree with it?
