The issues with the Que wait and why no one supports

Let me start off by saying that this has been on my mind since a few weeks into the new season.

You jump into a solo Q and you are excited to play. You pick your roles. (Top and Jungle for me). You lock in and start matchmaking. 10 minuets later you get into a game. 15 minuets later that game starts. To me that wait time is outrageous. With how many people that play there is no way it should be that long. YET, If you support it is INSTANT.

This new system of picking your spots has made this season hell for me and I am sure others of you out there. No one wants to support because the cost is too high. Being a Support means you are at the mercy of matchmaking. You have just about NO chance of "carrying" your team. Sure if you get a bad adc you can grab them by the short and curlys and have a chance bot lane. Yet as a support you lose just as much LP as the real carries on your team, I find this unfair and part of the reason no one likes supporting. You get demoted so fast for taking one for the team and supporting. There is nothing going for the support role.

There needs to be a system in place that lowers the LP loss and the chance for demotion when you support and your whole team loses hard.

why only as a support ?

i'm a support main and altho supports can't (carry) some if not all supports can make plays and even some supports can be made to deal good damage the real reason no one wants to support is cause evryone thinks they can be the hero with the giant kda its like in soccer almost evry kid wants to score goals and win the match they do forget however that the one's keeping the other team from scoring won the match to support isn't a dogs job and a adc can only carry as much as the supp gets him especialy in early game just don't treat supports like dogs or people with a disease they are the unsung hero's of the battlefield

how many time's i've spoon fed an adc and then the whole team and enemy would be like wow look at that 12 3 5 vayne but no one looks at the 5 1 15 naut who got him there people imagine themselfs as being the god tier carry while no one wins game solo ( wel maybe in bronze and silver)

just don't abuse supports and take a load of there chest by warding to and keeping one eye on the map and now and then give us a pat on the back

its a team game and if i lost as a support or any other role (wich i now never play anymore thx dynamic que) then it was my fault and bot and top and mid and jungle
