Taric is what supports should be like
Able to dish out damage from ahead. No super hard scaling. I've only had one game with him. I feel like he could stand to have his numbers tuned a little bit but I can't really say much off of that game. I got fed early. Probably wouldn't have been able to pull some of the shenanigans I pulled off.
Bases on e should probably be reduced and given scaling so maxing it won't just wreak havoc without items. I feel like 240 magic damage at max level is a bit high without having to itemize. But he brings enough to the team to feel like he's not going to be completely useless with the team behind. Why can't more supports feel this good?
I feel like a bigger window of time for the enemy team may be appropriate. Though they didn't really try to back off from a teamfight when I started ulting. Lower elo game so probably not the best example.
Just predicting what some of the issue with his kit will be like. Really wish more supports were designed like this. It would make the role feel more meaningful to other people. I'm already a support main so whatever.
The heal isn't remotely overwhelming and the w is just a buff that ties you to an ally. Like the original taric
What do you guys think? This is just my initial impression of Taric from one game. He just felt so satisfying to use, even if he wasn't doing damage his kit has a satisfying feel to it. Take my review with a grain of salt.
As a support main I love the rework Riot. No I didn't main Taric pre rework. I will probably wait to see if riot tunes Taric back to main him. Such a wonderful champion. Truely
