every game iv ever fought a mundo in as corki cant do the damage to kill him i build hybrid corki yet he tramples through towers and champs making them useless i find that very frustrating and overpowered i can see this resulting in somewhat "toxic" behavior and "tilting" matches when me , friends , or randoms face him its rather annoying and i came here for help any suggestions?

Contrary to popular believe ADCs can't 4 shot legit tanks. It usually takes several items plus armor pen/hp% to even dent a real tank.
will cripple him significantly, buy it into midgame. Other than that, just kite as much as possible. I mean 
might be a little weird on Corki, but it was buffed recently so meh. Hopefully you have some better frontline with cc next time.
There's literally an entire passive skill designed around countering exactly these kinds of champs (health regen/health-based).
Dominik's isn't the only anti-health, but ExeCalling is the only GW. You make your choice.

Don't 1v1 always have peel??
Don't get isolated and let the Mundo 1v1 you. Stick with your team and force him to be focused by 3+ people if he wants to be anywhere near you. This is the counter to any bruiser, but especially the ones without mobility like Mundo, Shyvana, and Garen. Being isolated and forced into a 1v1 by any of them is the absolute worst thing you can do.
Build GW, never 1v1 him. GG.
Corki does magic damage. Just sit on the executioners and buy a void staff instead of getting mortal reminder.
At least one person on your team should be able to apply Grievous Wounds.

Mundo is a hyper tank. Beyond getting a heal debuff, and dodging cleavers, you counter Mundo by killing his team, then turning and burning him with yours. Mundo using a full, un-killable build, won't kill you very quickly. You just kinda move past him, and fight his team. A Mundo who's worked on having damage, gets substantially more F*ed by a heal debuff, and can actually just be killed. He has no hard CC, and his soft CC is avoidable.
Otherwise, if you want comp things, his CC resistance doesn't prevent him from being pushed, pulled, or knocked in the air, and unlike Irelia, he doesn't have a proper gap closer.

Mundo is not even that great of a champion now. He has multiple exploitable weaknesses while providing no utility or engage for him and his team. All you would need to do as Corki is kite appropriately while your friends provide a frontline and he negated as a champion.
Forget about Triforce. You need them Crits and that %hp. and mortal reminder.
