About scuttle

I thought it was originallt created to provide vision of baron and dragon instead of using one of our wards but now with only one appearing that vision cant be used for both? I know that the vision didnt go deep enough into baron pit or dragon so maybe they could have allowed scuttle to do that as well rather than entrance to the river ? or provide a buff to help secure baron or dragon such as increased damage towards drag or baron or gives bonus damage to a smite idk but i feel like whats happened to scuttle right now isnt good ... its nice that it feels more useful and that the nerf to jungle i did feel was necessary but the changes to scuttle seems bad
